Copying an Audit Program

Audit programs in any status can be copied. When an audit program is copied, the newly created audit program has a new audit program number and opens in the Define Audit Program window. Everything copies into the new Audit Program record except the History, Audit Trail, and Attachments.

  1. From the Audit Program record, click Other Actions > Copy Audit Program.
    Result: The Copy Audit Program window is displayed.

  1. Enter a comment about copying the audit program, if necessary.
  2. Click the Sign-off button.
    Result: The Sign-off window is displayed.
  3. Enter your user ID and password and then click the Sign-off button.
    Result: The Result window is displayed. The Result window is a window that displays after copying and asks the user where they would like to go next, such as to the Audit Program Detail, to the Define Audit Program window (for the new audit program), or back to the Portal Page.
